I'm confused--are they posting these quotes because they like them, or because they think they are horrifying?
I would say they are horrifying personally.
The ladies at Truewomanhood DO think they are horrifying. That whole blog is set up to come against this patriarchy movement that is infiltrating the church and home school movement.
They have put all those quotes all in one place to let people know how off-balance these teachings have become and how off-their-rocker these teachers are. And to let people know how far away from the true, pure gospel these people have strayed. Holding their views up as 'biblical' they are troubleing the body of Christ and destroying entire families with their false teachings.
Whew! That's a relief. My stomach was turning!
